Absolutely work! Had been using Intu Wellness Sleep and skin for a couple of weeks and not one single night did I have trouble sleeping. Missed one night and had trouble getting to sleep. Used to use over the counter sleeping pills but haven’t had to use them since taking Sleep and Skin Renewal. Not only is it better for me but it gives your skin a nice glow as well. No brainer! Would definitely recommend.

Wasn’t planning to even write a review till I finished the tub as I thought it would’ve taken longer for results, but wow!!!! I am genuinely blown away by the amazing sleep I’ve had the past week. Can the products be added to warm drinks or food?

All the products are flavoured with a delicious 100% natural flavour so they are perfect to mix with just water. However, they can also be added to cold drinks, warm drinks, or your favourite smoothie. Be sure to mix well and consume immediately.

What time of day should I take the products?

Why is there a variation in colour between batches?

How To Use

Gut & Skin Rejuvenation:

Adults: Mix 5 g of powder (1 scoop or 1 sachet) with 200 mL – 250 mL of water, or your favourite drink, and stir well, consume immediately.
