I have been using Intu wellness for approximately 6 months now and as someone who has suffered from restless legs since they were a teenager I can say with absolute force that this is the best magnesium supplement I have ever tried. I tried it ALL before this and nothing helped, they would work on and off but never consistently but mostly they wouldn’t work at all. I have been using this product almost every night since August 2022 so safe to say I’m hooked. I have recommended it to all my family and friends.
I love the taste of it and the consistency. My hair and nails are better than ever. The main benefit to me has been for my sleep. It relaxes me, which is needed for my anxious brain after a long day at work. It also makes me sleepy, so much so that I only take it within an hour of bedtime. Can’t recommend this enough.
