What is the shelf life of Sleep & Skin Renewal?

The expiry date and batch number can be found on the label on the side of the product. We recommend storing Sleep & Skin Renewal in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Does Sleep & Skin Renewal contain dairy, gluten, egg, lupin, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seed or soybean?

The Sleep & Skin Renewal formulation is does not contain aspartame, dairy, gluten, egg, galactose, lactose, lupin, peanuts, propolis, royal jelly, tree nuts, saccharin, sesame seeds and sesame products, soybean, sucralose, or wheat.

Can Sleep & Skin Renewal be added to warm drinks or food?

Sleep & Skin Renewal’s flavour is a delicious natural lemon flavour with a hint of vanilla, perfect to mix with just water. However, it can also be added to cold drinks, warm drinks, or your favourite smoothie. Be sure to consume immediately.

Can I take Sleep & Skin Renewal in the morning?

Although Sleep & Skin Renewal can be taken in the morning, we suggest taking it at night as Sleep & Skin Renewal is formulated for sleep and contains Passionflower which is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness, disturbed and restless sleep, and restlessness.

Can I have more than two scoops of Sleep & Skin Renewal at one time?

You can enjoy 2-4 scoops daily. You shouldn’t exceed more than 4 scoops. Follow the directions for use. Always check with your health professional.

Where is your marine collagen sourced from?

It was important to us to find the best bioavailable marine collagen out there. Our formula contains sustainably sourced marine collagen from the skin of wild cod in a hydrolysed form, meaning that the collagen has been “broken down” to ensure maximum absorption.

Is your collagen tested for heavy metals?

Yes. The marine collagen in Sleep & Skin Renewal is tested for heavy metals and must pass testing before we can use it.

Is Sleep & Skin Renewal TGA Listed?

Yes, Sleep & Skin Renewal is a listed medicine on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) with the Therapeutic Goods Administration. The AUST L number for Sleep & Skin Renewal is 377416.

When will I see results?

Sleep & Skin Renewal has been formulated to help you to get more out of the one product. Our customers tend to see results of a more restful, deeper sleep within one to three nights of taking this product, however results vary from person to person. To see the full skin benefits of Sleep & Skin Renewal, consistency is the key. Studies have shown that collagen and astaxanthin increase skin hydration, skin elasticity and reduce fine lines and wrinkles for women within 60 days.

Is this product safe for people of all ages?

Sleep & Skin Renewal can be recommended for 18 years of age and above. The ingredients in Sleep & Skin Renewal have undergone rigorous testing for quality and purity. Every batch is tested for microbiology, nutrition profile, and heavy metals (such as arsenic, lead, and mercury) and must pass these tests before being manufactured and released. As per Good Manufacturing Practice, Sleep & Skin Renewal undergoes a 2 year stability program to ensure that the ingredients maintain shelf life and storage conditions. A stability program is an important part of quality control.

Is this product safe for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers?

During the time of pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should always talk to a health professional before taking any product. Whilst most of the ingredients in Sleep & Skin Renewal are widely used and have been tested for quality and safety, clinical testing on our product has not been done with pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. Therefore it is always advisable to speak to a trusted health professional.

Can I take Sleep & Skin Renewal with other pharmaceutical medication?

We always recommend consulting a health professional to discuss your supplement routine, particularly if you have any underlying health conditions, have had reactions before, or are on pharmaceutical medication, as they can advise on what's right for your individual needs.

Do you offer free shipping?

To celebrate our launch we currently offer free shipping on ALL orders! Including: All first orders, orders over $100 & subscribe & save orders. For all other orders shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code/destination. The shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process along with GST for orders being delivered within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia, however, we will be shipping internationally soon! If you would like us to ship to your country please contact us at hello@intuwellness.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get credit card authorisation and verification. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, working closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of delays. Standard shipping for Australia can take 3-8 business days, depending on location. Although, most are delivered within 3-5 business days. Express orders for Australia take 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available from the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that although we ship all orders out within 1-2 business days, shipping carriers often don’t provide tracking links for 24-48 hours from dispatch. We also recommend adding your phone number at checkout for delivery updates via text.

I can’t find my shipping confirmation?

If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, try searching your inbox for all emails from hello@intuwellness.com Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it’s been over 48 hours without an update, you're unable to locate your shipping confirmation email, or are encountering any other issue, send us an email straight away - we're here for you!

What is your returns policy?

We can only accept returns for goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact hello@intuwellness within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to regulations, we can’t accept any refunds for opened packages. Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made. If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist and issue a refund where applicable.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to amend orders once they have been placed. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes; however please be aware this is not always possible. What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can make arrangements to ship you a replacement asap!
