I’ve been using this product for the last few months & I am hooked! I’ve always been a light sleeper & find it difficult to switch off at night & get to sleep. Can the products be added to warm drinks or food?

All the products are flavoured with a delicious 100% natural flavour so they are perfect to mix with just water. However, they can also be added to cold drinks, warm drinks, or your favourite smoothie. Be sure to mix well and consume immediately.

What time of day should I take the products?

Why is there a variation in colour between batches?

How To Use

Gut & Skin Rejuvenation:

Adults: Mix 5 g of powder (1 scoop or 1 sachet) with 200 mL – 250 mL of water, or your favourite drink, and stir well, consume immediately.
