I have been using Intu wellness for approximately 6 months now and as someone who has suffered from restless legs since they were a teenager I can say with absolute force that this is the best magnesium supplement I have ever tried. I tried it ALL before this and nothing helped, they would work on and off but never consistently but mostly they wouldn’t work at all. My sleep suffered immensely and as a new mum it was awful navigating my own sleep let alone my child’s. I haven’t had a bad nights sleep since starting Sleep & Skin Renewal, it could be a coincidence but maybe not!! The only suggestion I have, and why I haven’t given it 5 stars, is to make a sugar free option.

Amazing product for a restful sleep. Have been without it for a few days as I run out and can feel the difference. Highly recommend for those who are tossing and turning at night.
