Delivery and shipping

This policy applies to orders from Intu Wellness Pty Ltd (INTU). All quoted delivery charges are in AUD.

Australian orders

Standard shipping is $11, or free for orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15. Your delivery address, discounts and final order value determine the available rates shown at checkout.

For in-stock products, we aim to process and dispatch orders within one to two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a same-day dispatch guarantee. After dispatch, standard delivery is usually three to eight business days and express delivery one to three business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Preorders and mixed orders

Preorder dispatch timing is shown on the product page. An order or bundle containing a preorder item may be held until all items are available. Express shipping does not bring forward the preorder release date. Contact us before ordering if you need available items sooner. See our Cancellation and preorder policy.

International delivery

We deliver to selected international destinations. Eligible countries and available services are shown at checkout. Standard international shipping is $20. Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Carrier updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear. Check your inbox for messages from hello@intuwellness.com or orders@intuwellness.com. If tracking is missing, delivery is overdue, or goods arrive damaged or affected by heat, contact hello@intuwellness.com with your order number.

We will help investigate with the carrier. Carrier delays or a lack of tracking updates do not remove rights that apply under consumer law.

Returns and cancellations

Read our Returns and refunds policy and Cancellation and preorder policy. Please contact us promptly about order changes; changes may not be possible once fulfilment begins.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
