Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders over $100. Express shipping is $12.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within one to two business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10:30am may be dispatched the same day.

We currently deliver within Australia and to New Zealand. New Zealand delivery is $20 AUD, or $30 AUD on orders over $100, shown in NZ dollars at checkout. Free shipping over $100 applies to Australian orders only. More destinations are coming soon.

International orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. Import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We email tracking information after dispatch. If you cannot locate the message, search for emails from hello@intuwellness.com or orders@intuwellness.com. Carrier tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update. Adding your phone number at checkout may also enable delivery updates by text.

Tracking is supplied by third-party carriers. We cannot guarantee its availability or accuracy.

Refunds, replacements and other remedies are governed by our Online Purchase Terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us promptly with your order details, proof of purchase and evidence of any fault.

Under our current purchase terms, written refund requests must be received within seven days of the order being placed. Product and destination restrictions apply. Please review the Online Purchase Terms for the complete conditions.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We will try to help with changes or cancellation requests, but once fulfilment begins they may not be possible.
