You should make your own enquiries and obtain professional advice when deciding whether a product is right for you. We do not warrant that a product will be suitable for every person or produce a particular therapeutic, performance or appearance outcome.

4. Intellectual property

We own or license all rights in the website and its content. Using the website does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you. If it remains unresolved, it may proceed to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute of Australia in New South Wales before litigation.

10. Severance and jurisdiction

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed without affecting the remaining terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

If you access the website outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with the laws where you access it.

11. Purchases and contact

Product orders are governed separately by our Online Purchase Terms. For questions or notices, contact us at hello@intuwellness.com.

Dispute procedures and jurisdiction provisions do not prevent you from exercising non-excludable consumer rights, contacting a regulator or seeking urgent relief.
