Absolutely work! Had been using Intu Wellness Sleep and skin for a couple of weeks and not one single night did I have trouble sleeping. Missed one night and had trouble getting to sleep. I have always been really big on ingestible beauty supplements and this products is hand down the best most effective product I have taken. I have been using it every single night since it first launched 4 months ago and I now hardly ever wake up in the night, have noticed a huge improvement to my skin glow/ nails and hair although what I love most is how much it has helped to calm my nervous system.
