PREP AND COOK TIME: 10-15mins
INGREDIENTS:
– 8 mini tortilla wraps
– 500g mince
– 2 chopped tomatoes
– Iceberg or baby cos lettuce, thinly chopped/shredded
– 2 chopped avocados
– Shredded tasty cheese
– Tomato sauce
– Pickles (optional)
– Thinly sliced onion (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take a small handful of mince and spread it evenly onto one tortilla wrap, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
2. Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.
3. Lightly oil a pan and heat it over low to medium heat.
4. Once the pan is hot, place the mince-covered wraps onto the pan with the meat side facing down. Cook until the mince is fully cooked. If needed, flip the mince quickly to speed up the process.
5. Once the meat is cooked, flip the wrap while still in the pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt for about 30 seconds.
6. Remove the wrap from the pan and add your desired fillings such as tomato sauce, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, pickles, and thinly sliced onion.
7. Repeat the above steps for all the wraps or devour them immediately while still hot!
