Energy-Boosting Creamy Oatmeal Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious energy boosting creamy oatmeal smoothie recipe that provides whole grains and a delightful flavour from peanut butter, banana, and cinnamon. It is the perfect kick start to your morning.

MAKES: 1 large or 2 small smoothies


– ¾ – 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 

– A 5g scoop of INTU WELLNESS’s Energy & Skin Radiance 

– ½ cup Greek yogurt

– ½ cup milk (any kind of milk works well, such as oat milk

– 1 tablespoon peanut butter (can add more if you’re a peanut butter LOVER) 

– 1 1/2 ripe bananas 

– 1 cup frozen pineapple 

– ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 

– 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 6-10 ice cubes (crushed to blend easily) 

– A small pinch of salt


  1. Into a blender, add the ingredients. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and frothy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as necessary.
  2. Taste the smoothie and adjust TASTE if needed.
  3. Consume immediately.
