– A 5g scoop of INTU WELLNESS’s Energy & Skin Radiance
– ½ cup Greek yogurt
– ½ cup milk (any kind of milk works well, such as oat milk)
– 1 tablespoon peanut butter (can add more if you’re a peanut butter LOVER)
– 1 1/2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup frozen pineapple
– ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 6-10 ice cubes (crushed to blend easily)
– A small pinch of salt
