COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Reformer x INTU Wellness Giveaway
Total Prize Value: $4,475 AUD
- Promoter
This competition (“Competition”) is promoted by INTU Wellness (“Promoter”), whose registered office is located at:
221B MacArthur Ave, Hamilton QLD 4007, Australia
The Competition is run in partnership with Your Reformer (“Partner”). Both parties are referred to collectively as the “Promoters” where relevant.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the following countries only:
- Australia (AU)
- New Zealand (NZ)
2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of INTU Wellness, Your Reformer, and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and agencies (and the immediate family members of each) are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Competition Period
Competition Opens: Monday, 16 March 2026
Competition Closes: Saturday, 8 April 2026 at 11:59 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
- How to Enter
4.1 To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:
- Visit the dedicated Competition landing page hosted by INTU Wellness.
- Submit a valid entry via the landing page sign-up form, providing a current and valid email address, and optional mobile number.
- Be following @yourreformer and @intu_wellness on Instagram
4.2 Entries submitted via any other method will not be accepted.
4.3 Each entrant is permitted one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4.4 Entries are only valid if all eligibility criteria are met and all entry steps have been completed. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
- Prize
5.1 Total Prize Value
One (1) prize will be awarded to a single winner. The total prize is valued at AUD $4,475, comprising of:
Your Reformer Prize Package (RRP AUD $3,475)
- 1x YR Original Reformer (RRP AUD $2,995)
- 1x Prop Starter Kit (RRP AUD $69)
- 1x Jumpboard & Box (RRP AUD $349)
- 3 months complimentary app access (AUD $62)
INTU Wellness Prize
- 1x INTU Wellness voucher valued at AUD $1,000
5.2 Prize Conditions
(a) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part.
(b) The prize must be accepted as offered. No substitution will be made, except at the Promoters’ discretion.
(c) Prize delivery logistics, including shipping and handling of the Your Reformer equipment, will be managed by Your Reformer directly. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss in transit.
(d) The INTU Wellness voucher is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by INTU Wellness at the time of redemption.
(e) Any costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Terms are the winner’s sole responsibility, including but not limited to applicable taxes, duties, or import costs.
(f) Prize values are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are approximate at the time of publication. Actual values may vary.
- Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period on the 10th April 2026 AEST and the winner will be notified within 7 days.
6.2 The draw will take place after the Competition close date. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to conduct the draw promptly following the close of the Competition.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
- Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days of the draw.
7.2 The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the notification being sent. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.3 The winner may also be announced via INTU Wellness and Your Reformer social media and email channels. By entering, entrants consent to such announcement.
7.4 If a prize is forfeited or cannot be awarded to the selected winner for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner or to not award the prize, at its discretion.
- Data Collection and Privacy
8.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information (including their name and email address) by INTU Wellness and Your Reformer for the following purposes:
- Administration of this Competition.
- Notification and delivery of the prize to the winner.
- Future marketing and promotional communications from INTU Wellness and Your Reformer (where consent to marketing has been given or is otherwise permitted by applicable law).
8.2 Email addresses collected via the Competition landing page will be shared with both INTU Wellness and Your Reformer. By entering, entrants acknowledge and consent to this data sharing.
8.3 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication they receive.
8.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including (where applicable) the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and applicable data protection laws in the entrant’s country of residence. - Intellectual Property and Publicity
9.1 The Promoter may use any entrant’s name, suburb/city, country of residence, and any other information submitted for the purpose of publicising the Competition and its outcome, without further notice or compensation to the entrant, except where prohibited by law.
9.2 By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use any content submitted in connection with the Competition for promotional purposes.
- General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and entry of any participant and to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Tampers with or disrupts the entry process.
- Acts in a manner that is dishonest, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
- Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
10.3 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failure, unauthorised intervention, or force majeure), the Promoter reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies entrants may have under applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and the Partner will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with this Competition or the use of any prize.
10.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By entering the Competition, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for the resolution of any disputes arising in connection with this Competition.
